Supporting Local Artists The District of Sechelts Public Art Collection enriches the quality of life for both residents and visitors alike through the display of art in public places, and by preserving and collecting artworks that are significant to our local cultural heritage. The permanent collection includes 12 paintings and prints, 1 weaving, 6 sculptures, and 5 murals. Our temporary collection includes 2 decorative crosswalks and 24 utility box wraps, all designed by local artists.
